Custom spill berms made to size
When the berm has to fit a particular piece of equipment, such as a long trailer, a pump skid or a row of IBCs, we build it around that equipment. Send the footprint and what the berm has to hold, and we quote from that.
What we need to quote

Can the equipment actually be moved onto a berm? If it is bolted down, piped in or simply too heavy, a tray is the wrong shape of answer — containment curbs build the wall around it where it stands, using your own floor as the base.
From enquiry to shipment
- Enquiry. You send the requirements above by email or through the quote form.
- Quote and drawing. We reply by email within 24 hours. The quotation carries the unit price, the lead time, and the folded size, carton dimensions and gross weight for the sizes you asked about — so you can work out freight before you commit to anything.
- Sample. Samples take 5 working days. We charge for the sample — the amount depends on the size, so it is quoted with your request — and we refund that charge against your first production order. Sample freight is on the buyer.
- Production. Production takes 15 working days for up to 50 units and 25 working days for 50 to 200. Above 200 units we schedule it with the order. The clock starts when your deposit reaches us, not when the order is placed.
- Inspection and packing. Every berm is filled with water and left standing for two hours, signed off by the production manager and given a batch number. Every size packs differently, so there is no single carton spec worth publishing. Folded size, carton dimensions and gross weight go with the quotation for the sizes you are ordering — before you commit to freight, not after.
- Shipping. EXW, FOB or CIF, whichever suits your freight arrangement. Tell us the destination port with the enquiry.
