Yellow PVC foam wall spill berm with a black strap on one wall

PVC spill containment manufacturer

Spill containment berms and bunds, made to your specification

We manufacture flexible PVC-coated polyester spill berms in China: foam wall berms, L-bracket and stay-supported collapsible berms, custom sizes and private-label ranges for safety distributors, rental fleets and industrial buyers in the US, UK and Europe.

What we make

Foam wall spill berms

Low-profile berms with foam-filled walls that vehicles, carts and people can cross. For generators, drums, parked trucks and maintenance bays.

L-bracket spill berms

Collapsible berms with 8–12 in walls held up by removable L-brackets. For IBCs, tanks, transformers and vehicles that need real capacity.

Stay-supported spill berms

The same 8–12 in walls, braced by triangular stays that stay attached to the berm. Nothing loose to lose on site.

Drive-through spill berms

Tanker-scale berms a truck drives into and out of with nothing to fold. Foam end walls lie flat, then float up in a spill.

Tanker and railcar transfer berms

For loading and unloading pads: drain fittings through the wall at floor level, so the berm empties without being moved.

Flexible spill decks

Drums on a grating over a fabric sump. Lift the grating and it folds flat, so a pallet of decks ships in a fraction of the space.

Compact folding spill berms

Hinged struts fold flat against the wall, so the berm packs small enough to live on a response truck. Nothing to inflate.

Railcar spill containment berms

Straddles the rail under a leaking railcar. One person carries it to the leak; two fittings drain it to a drum.

Vehicle disinfection berms

Biosecurity, not spill containment: a shallow drive-through bath for tyres, with an inflatable rim that packs to a pallet box.

Containment curbs

For the machine that cannot be moved: foam-cored PVC wall sections bonded to the floor you already have.

Flexible spill trays

The small end: one piece of folded PVC, no supports at all. Rolls into a toolbox or a spill kit.

Rigid containment trays

The one thing here that does not fold. A grating keeps pails and drums out of what leaks; no mould, so the footprint is yours to pick.

Tarps, track belts and repair kits

Ground tarps under the berm, track belts on the drive line, patches for when a site finds the one sharp stone. Cut to your berm size.

Custom-size berms

Built around your equipment footprint, the volume it has to hold and the liquid. Send the dimensions and an SDS, and we quote from that.

OEM and private label

Berms made in our factory under your brand, packaging and model numbers, for distributors, catalogue sellers and rental companies.

Other PVC containment from the same lines: mini berms, tanker berms, flexible spill pallets, IBC berms, drip trays, ground tarps and track belts. How the berm types compare, and how the fabric is built — all of it cut and welded in Taizhou.

Berm or bund? Same product, two names

In North America a portable secondary containment tray is a spill berm or containment berm. In the UK and Ireland it is a spill bund or portable bund. The sizing rules differ too: in the US, oil facilities covered by the EPA SPCC rule size containment to it, while UK sites follow the oil storage regulations of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

Who we build for

Safety and spill-control distributors

Add your own berm range and set your own pricing, instead of reselling a catalogue brand.

Equipment rental and oilfield service

Containment for generators, pumps, light towers and fuel equipment that moves from site to site.

Fleet, plant and facility maintenance

Catch drips and leaks under vehicles and machinery during servicing and storage.

Why buy direct from the factory

  • Sizes that are not in a catalogue. Footprint, wall height and capacity follow your equipment, not a stock list.
  • Direct answers on materials. Fabric weight, colour, seams and accessories are discussed with the people who make the berm.
  • Private label without a middleman. Your brand and packaging, straight from production.
  • Quality control. Each berm is leak-tested, then folded for export.

What to include in your RFQ

  1. The product, or the equipment and containers the berm has to hold
  2. Inner size or required capacity, and wall height if you know it
  3. The liquid to be contained, with its Safety Data Sheet if available
  4. Quantity per size and the destination country or port
  5. Private-label, printing or packaging requirements
